Farm Helper (Entry-Level) – 3 Days/Week ($20-$25/hr)
About Us:
Juniper Farm is a small-scale flower farm dedicated to growing beautiful, sustainable blooms for weddings, local markets, and floral design. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working farm helper to join our team and assist with day-to-day farm operations.Responsibilities:
Assist with bed prep, planting, weeding, and general farm labor
Help with harvesting and post-harvest flower care
Transport flowers from the field to the studio/workshop
Prep vases and assist with bouquet making
Deliver flowers to Aspen and local wholesalers
Support general farm projects as needed (mulching, irrigation, infrastructure maintenance, etc.)
Keep work areas tidy and organized
Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys physical work and being outdoors in all weather
Is a hard worker comfortable with a physically demanding job
Can lift 40 lbs and is comfortable working on their feet for long hours
Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Has a valid driver’s license and is comfortable making deliveries
Schedule & Pay:
3 days per week (mid-June through September)
$20-$25/hr, depending on experience

Farm Lead & Harvest Manager – 3-5 Days/Week ($25+/hr DOE)
About Us:
Juniper Farm is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated farm lead to help us scale our production and sales. This role is for someone who is skilled in quick, efficient harvesting, understands farm workflow, and wants to take on more responsibility, including managing a farmers’ markets and other tasks as needed.Responsibilities:
Harvest flowers quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Manage farm tasks like bed prep, planting schedules, and infrastructure projects
Lead and train entry-level farm helpers as needed
Handle post-harvest care and oversee bouquet-making when required
Assist with sales channels, including wholesale accounts, farmers’ markets, and CSA if applicable
Maintain farm organization and workflow to ensure smooth operations
Ideal Candidate:
Has 1+ seasons of farming experience, preferably with flowers
Works fast and efficiently with harvests and farm tasks
Can make a market bouquet in under 5 minutes
Takes initiative, problem-solves, and works well independently
Is interested in growing with the farm and taking on more responsibility over time
Has experience (or willingness to learn) with sales and customer relationships
Can lift 40 lbs, work outdoors in all conditions, and handle the physical demands of farm work
Schedule & Pay:
3-5 days per week, June-October. 1-2 days per week April/May
Starting at $25/hour for someone with these skills with opportunity for increased pay based on qualifications

Juniper Farm specializes in growing and designing stunning, locally sourced florals for weddings and events. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented event crew members to assist with floral set-up, strike (breakdown), and event prep. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves flowers, enjoys fast-paced event work, and has an eye for aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
Assist with wedding and event floral installations, including arches, table arrangements, and large-scale designs
Transport and unload flowers and materials at venues
Help with on-site floral touch-ups and placement to ensure designs look flawless
Strike events by breaking down arrangements, collecting rentals, and cleaning up
Assist with studio prep, including vase cleaning, organizing supplies, and processing flowers before events
Work efficiently under time constraints and follow design direction precisely
Ideal Candidate:
Loves flowers and event work (floral experience is a plus but not required!)
Can lift 50 lbs and work long hours on their feet
Is detail-oriented and takes pride in executing high-quality work in high-pressure settings
Can work well under pressure and on a deadline
Is reliable, punctual, and professional at high-end events
Has a valid driver’s license (bonus if comfortable driving a truck)
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time, seasonal (weekends, especially Saturdays, with some weekday prep shifts)
Hours vary by event schedule—must be flexible and available for late-night strikes
pay DOE, with potential for more based on experience and efficiency
